• Personal Information: If you use our Support Form, we collect the Name and Email Address you provide solely to correspond with you and resolve your inquiry.
• User-Generated Content: If you choose to use the Community Showcase feature, the watch face photos you upload are stored on our server and displayed to other users within the app.
2. On-Device Features & Device Permissions

3. Data Sharing, Retention, and Deletion
• No Data Sharing: SimpleWF does not share, sell, or lease your information to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
• Data Retention: We store your XP Profile and Showcase images on our secure server for as long as your account is active.

◦Showcase Images: You can delete your uploaded Showcase images at any time directly within the app settings.
◦XP Profiles: To request the permanent deletion of the account associated with your Device ID, please contact us via the Support form.
◦Transfer Keys: Your secret transfer key is used to move data between devices; losing this key results in the permanent loss of account progress.
4. Location Permissions
To provide high-precision features, such as True North calibration, real-time Latitude/Longitude coordinates, and Elevation accuracy, our apps may request access to your device's location.
